my guess is that the good feedback is a result of the negative feedback

Yes....they do have good service sometimes, but when something goes bad, they don't like to take responsibility. It's always someone elses fault for the customers dissatisfaction.

I had a good experience with them, but due to the way the other issue was handled, I'll never order from them again. If something goes south, I know they do NOT take care of the customer. I'm not willing to take my chances on several hundred dollars and then have my vendor blame it on their vendor and not make it right.

Hes writing a good guy thread its all based on peoples personal experiences.....he doesnt have to read others threads which are other peoples experiences hes posting about his people can see and read both threads and make a decision for themselves if they will deal with race roots.

Agreed...dont' crap this positive thread. If someone's reading the good guy forum about a specific vendor, they'll find the bad guy threads as well.

So why don't you say the same to the ones who post their positive experience in the bad guy thread?

Cheers.

I agree same should be done there. Its turned into a real crap fest on the other thread but you know that already. Im going to post in the other thread so im not a hypocritical.
I think if you have an issue make ur own thread it sends more of a point then posting under others thread so when someone does a search and they see 20 bad guy threads its more effective then one long mixed experiences thread.

People seem to have vendettas against every single vendor on this forum... from what I gather they are all small business' as the Rx-8 aftermarket community is, well, not the most lucrative of areas. There always going to be mix ups and bad experiences from every vendor, people don't seem to understand that more often than not people have good experiences... I agree that other forum members have a right to know when something goes wrong but it always seems to get blown way out of proportion... just my two cents

Yeah pretty much. It really is ridiculous that BSE is linking a bad guy thread into a good guy thread, as if pinapple didnt see that other thread...

Patrick left for other reasons that I cannot ever discuss. He was not banned because of his comments.

You shitting on this thread shows what you are actually trying to do. IMO if you have an issue with a transaction and you are the customer you can directly address it with me instead of complain about it on an open forum. Granted Rich needed some assistance but the issue has been resolved and it continues to draw out for no reason.

I am not shitting in this thread Brice but apparently you reply here and not there when we ask what's going to happen if we don't receive a tracking number in due time (last ETA that you provided).
Instead of writing our experience here, as others have done there, i just linked to what may happen in case something is not in stock. Does this disturb you? The only way to have good guys threads only is to work properly with your customers and with your distributors. Denigrating us and our situation is not going to help.
