Just want to give some satisfied results with Brice at Race Roots. I ordered the RB gauge pod and Prosport adapters along with it. Due to a small mishap, I was sent the wrong sized adapter which I compensated for and made it work. Long story short the solution lasted only so long before it failed and Brice didn't hesitate to send me the proper adapter with overnight shipping free of charge (the old adapter is being sent back) to compensate for the small goof up so I wasn't left stranded for the weekend without my car. To me that is customer support.

While the small goof up was the vendor's fault, to be honest this is one of the quickest if not THE quickest response I've ever gotten to remedy problems. And that is coming from getting parts from suppliers in the racing industry for years before I got out of the sport.

 

Glad it worked out in the end.

haha, I think I will request a shirt next time I order from him. This might be kind of late but, I ordered some coilovers from them a while back and forgot to mention how fast the shipment arrived, within a week. Everything seemed smooth. Def a place I would recommend. They are trustworthy IMO as well. Good luck with everything!
