GOOD GUY - Phil (from DPEweb.com)
I recently purchased a set of shocks and springs from DEPweb.com.
The dealer installed the springs wrong and I was looking for help here.
Phil sent emails and gave me details of his thoughts and also offered spring swap plans for me to choose.
It turned out the products are good, but my local Mazda dealer sucks.
He's always very responsive when I need to contact him and patient to answer my questions.

Another thumbs up for Phil and DPE. I got my Tokico D-Specs from DPE and as dEEpsEa said, Phil was great about answering questions about the dampers. The info here on the site from DPE is superb as well.
Fantastic shocks, BTW!
