I recently got new car speakers for my 8, and since I don't have the skills nor time to install speakers myself and do it properly, I talked to several installers to help me out. I checked out New Era Sound in Lompoc, CA since my coworker recommended them. They were quite helpful and quoted me a high quality system for the price range I stated. I almost decided to go with a different installer, mainly reason being I had to drive back to Lompoc for the install (40+ minutes away from me), and had to wait for 5+ hours for the installation. So the manager made sure another guy would be able to help out and get it done in 3 hours. I thought that was quite nice of him considering the install would be done on Saturday.
Bottom line is, they quoted a great system for my price range, gave me really good customer service, was really patient with all my questions and doubts and concerns, and now I absolutely LOVE listening to music my car!!
