He went out of his way to help me with information on the warranty of my Tein s-techs. He actually took care of it for me after I called and asked him for help. He constantly kept me in the loop, so that I would know what was going on. If said he would call me back, he did. Not 3 days later, but that day. His customer service is excellent.
