Good Guy: Charles (BHR)

So to begin, let me state why I have had the pleasure of working with Ray:

A few months ago, my car started acting up, got CEL's, misfire, etc. After speaking with Ray for quite some time, I finally ordered a BHR Ignition kit from them. All of my emails were responded to incredibly fast, and never once did he sound un-happy to be assisting me with not only buying an Ignition Kit, but also helping me to determine what is wrong with my car, possible problems, detailed solutions and tests I could perform, and finally, his educated guess on what problems my car is suffering from.

I ordered my kit a while back, and Ray told me the exact date that it would be shipping out on. Due to the Canada Post strike, I was looking into possible other shipping options (Of which I would then pay the extra). Charles helped me in finding the right solution for my current situation, and of course, my package was shipped out on the exact date he originally specified. Not only that, but it was the next day that my package had arrived!

Charles (Ray) has been a pleasure to work with. He is extremely helpful in finding out what is going on, and what my a car needs to get back up and running. There was never a time when he was pressuring or trying to get me to purchase anything, plus he even went out of his way to aid me in getting the package to me as soon as possible. His responses were snappy, his attitude is always upbeat and positive, and, just in general, Ray is a great guy to do business with.

I will definitely be doing business again with him, as I recommend anyone else should.

i should bump this. Charles is a great guy, has helped me alot when I owned my rx8. The bhr coil upgrade I got was awesome, but what was better was his help afterwards. He also helped inspect my coils when I was having issues and modified the bracket to fit my car better (one of the first kits).

Hell he even got a custom resonator fabed up to work with my rx7 based on the rx8 unit he makes and sells on his midpipe.

so +1 for Charles @ BHR

I'm sure that most people of this forum know that he's a good guy!

Can't wait to start my "winter mod" mode, with Charles as a key supplier

Great guy - I unfortunately had to cancel my order due to a low compression test. He refunded without issue and with understanding. Great guy.

What about my kit? Since you've got time enough to come on this forum, you should explain me where is my kit and give me the tracking number instead of keeping in a scornful silence.

I just want to say that Ray has been the most upstanding and polite vendor that I have worked with in regards to automotive parts.

BHR, as a whole, has helped me tremendously, and that was before I had even become a paying customer.

Ray, Sir, please stand and take a bow (I know you do this in front of the mirror every night anyways LOL)

For anyone that is concerned with part delivery, great parts take time to be HAND MADE... enough said there.

I recently bought a clutch from BHR. Fast shipping and he helped me out by answering emails really fast about the HD throwout it came with. Thanks!

Charles always answers my annoying questions about products I don't plan to buy for months and if he doesn't know the answer, he will find it for you. Charles if you have time to read this, then you have time to get busy on a couple of your new projects so back to work! You have two things I'm waiting to purchase.

But seriously, Charles/BHR is awesome.

I've now ordered two things from BHR since September. Cant say how nice it is to confidently send money and know that its going to good use on both ends.

BHR get's plenty of referrals in my book.
