I recently baught some bakes pads and rotors and let me tell you i got the pads in 2 days!! shiping was phenominal.. rotors took a while because they were on back order and sooo he upgraded me to a different set of rotors at no additional cost. I have baught several products from this man and he is on top of the game!!!

Yea man that is one reason why i got rid of my mazsport ignition solution.. even though nothing was wrong with it it worked wonderful as well.

sometimes support and customer service can mean the difference between earning a customer and losing one!

I recently purchased the BHR ignition system and plugs as well. I was very nervous about sending someone money that I had never met, and with no real assurance that I would ever see a product in return. After PMing Mr. Hill several times, I felt confident enough to give it a try. He was quick to answer every question I had, technical and otherwise, and even after the sale, he is willing to take time out of his day to answer a dumb inquiry here and there. He is all that customer service should be, and much much more.
I won't buy another thing for my car unless I first verify that BHR doesn't have it and can't get it for me. I am a lifetime customer.

 

After all this praise, "Charles" will have a head the size of Phoenix
