So after a while i started to get a bit uncomfy with my ride. I went to my rear to adjust the dampening settings and realized that the clickers were not there. No big deal, since you should be able to turn the ***** by hand anyway. No go. Called the guys over at stance. They stayed on the phone with me, tried to give me tips. In the end we found that the guy must have over tightened the ****. So they had me remove it (essentially making it max softness) and they are sneding me brand new screws and clickers. No questions asked.

Anyway, found that full softness is exactly what i wanted w/ my 7k, now my ride is 10x better
