Ok guys.. I live in Wilmington. I am also in school for criminal justice sooo..
I will tell you that you can file a civil suit against Dom, it cost $25 to file the suit and once you go to court you can request that he pay the fee for that as well.
If someone would like to make a list for me of names, amount he owes, what each person purchased, address and phone numbers... I would be happy to take it to some friends of mine here at the PD and see where they can go with it from there. Im sure that everyone can be included in the same suit as long as everyone bands together on it... So, get it started and let me know!

Yeah guys.. Also.. I want to make sure that everyone knows that all I am doing is taking this information to a friend who works at the PD.. Im not a lawyer and when I say Im studying criminal justice, that is not law school.. It means Im going to work in corrections as a cop etc... So I want to make sure everyone understands that Im just offering to get everything in order and see what or IF the police are willing to help. I dont gurantee that anything will be done and if something can be done one of you who was affected personally by this will have to come here to represent the whole group.
