Dave builds a lot of Falken's drift cars. I am a mod on his RX7 Forum & have also not heard from him. Hopefully he will be in Atlanta for FormulaD.

No, Dave is definitely not a cheat. I have known him for years. The info that I have is that Dave furnished the OP with his tracking info & all pertinent info concerning his purchase when the parts were shipped. I do not know if the OP is trying to slander his name for any reason.

And yes, IT is cool that Ray supplied Dave with a set of axles.

probably another case of international shipping/customs losing or seriously delaying the package. This is why I have a general "no international shipping" policy, as there are just too many things to go wrong for both parties, and it is too easy to gain a bad reputation as a seller through no fault of your own.

I'm sad to say it has nothing to do with International shipping because shipping was Inside US... - I have recived 1 package from Dave but still missing parts I have payed for... - A investigation was done with USPS and they confirmed that only 1 package was sent by sender.

I do not know if the OP is trying to slander his name for any reason...
I have had a really good contact with Dave before this, buying parts and I have no plans 'To slander his name', but this is a chance to get his attention to fix this problem. - I have send probably 20 emails, called him but no respons from him. - He have all my info so why no contact...?

Guys please, dont start to specalute to much in this post. - If he do the right thing and just sort this out, i'm ok with that!

If anyone have any questions, just contact me!

Hope it all gets sorted out. Would be best to post on a site you know he is active on, you would likely get a better response. GL

If the seller is contactable, then why not him contact the OP so we can completely eliminate speculation.

Exclamation

Dave and the OP have been in contact ...
Hi all,

Now it have been more then 2 weeks since I heard from Dave Gibson and this issue is still not resolved... - He contacted me after this post and the Rx7club one was known, telling me He was sorry and that ALL my previous emails from 4 month back had gone into his SPAM-filter... haha..! - alot of bullshit offcourse...!

I dont know whats up with him and if he have any problems, but clearly He dont wanna resolve this issue, and send the parts he owe me. - I have bought alot of New parts from him but still missing 3, New 13B RE Cosmo irons that I have payed for,
and that was before christmas...!

I have also talked to the Police in CA and they have started a investigation for fraud and as of now looking for Dave Gibson.

If anyone have information or can help out, please contact me. - Or, some of You clearly know him, so please let him know that this will not go away, I want my parts and will do everything i can to get them...

Regards - Fredrik Geite, Sweden

Hi Guys,

Yeah, its a bit frustrating to deal with this, and it is so little I can do from overseas and I guess Dave Gibson knows that...

- Apparently that He dont want to resolve this, and no comments in this thread or no communication is a clear answer that He knows who is the bad guy here... - As I have stated above I had great dealings with Dave before and i did recive 1 package with New parts but still missing the 3 plates...

As Dave used to be a 'big' name in the Biz my though was that He wanted to solve this asap. but clearly he wont... - I guess He is hurting himself by doing this... - I have stated above that i'm cool with if he just get me the parts or pay me back my money... - But as longer this drags out I just want everybody to know the whole story and stay away from him...

Thanks guys for helping out here, much appreciated!
- If anyone have any questions, just PM me...

Regards - Fredrik

TX I feel your pain

Sorry to hear about your dealings with him. I shipped my FC to him after emails, phone calls, pics etc about what I wanted. I sent him parts to use etc. 18 months later I demanded my car be ready. Flew out to CA, picked it up, stuff didn't work etc...like HEADLIGHTS. They rigged it up...we settled on a price. I took off for Texas with a pray. I made it to Los Cruces NM with so much smoke coming out the back people thought the car was on fire. I hired a flat bed had it shipped from there to Gotham Racing in North Texas...spent $10K with them.

I felt sorry for the guy that had shipped his FD from Hawaii to him...it was sitting in the corner with dust all over it. I always wondered if he would ever get it back.

btw, try this info link. http://whois.domaintools.com/speedma...erformance.com
Good luck to you.
Brian
