a long time ago, i sent this guy money and my stock intake in exchange for an AEM CAI. this was before i went to OCS this summer. so, think may. i didnt know he needed the rubber accordion tube as well. i figured he just needed the intake.

so it gets to him and he is like, dude i tried installing it and spent all my time and had to reinstall it all because you didnt include the accordion tube. well i needed the accordion tube for my intake as well, but i shipped it off to him as well and then scrambled to find another one. (thank you dozer.)

he sent me a pm telling me it arrived. and then... nothing has happened.

i either want my money back ($150) and my stock intake back (kthx) or i want the AEM cai as per the agreement we made.

he checks the forums regularly. he checked in today. he hasnt responded to my PMs. it seems he has scammed me.

i wouldnt do business with him in the future unless he can resolve this.

 

dang..that sucks..thats worst then just getting losing your money, but he has your stock intake too? which you had to pull more money to replace?? that ain't right..

 

I never met the guy, but I believe he was very active amongst the Chicago Evolv group so that subforum might be a good place to try to get in contact with him.

i dont think me getting in contact with him is the problem.

i've sent him quite a few PMs and he checks the forums quite regularly. there is no way he just "misses" them. the worst part is, since i was at OCS this summer the time to file a paypal dispute has long since passed.

OCS is Officer Candidate School for those that didnt know, so not only is he scamming a fellow RX-8'er hes scamming a fellow soldier as well, im pretty pissed.

 

Yeah but maybe we can harass his family or something, put some pressure on him.

Lol if so many people know him (and he's pres. of w/e) then it really shouldnt be hard to get in contact with him. I'm not sure if he knows that lol; it'll be almost impossible to get away with this.
