Sold me a 6 port motor posted on here as well as Craigslist

Claimed he got it from a friend who owed him money so he gave him his totaled RX8

I installed motor got it to start after cranking it for 30 sec. Figured it may be coils or something so I changed out my coils plugs wires, and even installed the upgraded starter and battery. Got it started but no power and would not idle. Tried limping it to dealer but fell short 1/2 mile and needed tow.

Turns out Low Compression on bank 2 and NO Compression on Bank 1

Working to get money back and he says he got the motor from some guy who is trying to rip off a lot of people in the Rotary community (thought he got it from his friend?) I guess he is the guy ripping people off!

Please provide the photos where I said some things?

1. I was sold the engine from Rotary Shack and they had a warranty. I asked you to return the engine so I could exchange it for another long block but you declined.
2. I provided the paperwork for the warranty why did you not ask me for it? Your text messages were very vague and not to the point.
3. Why didn't you just comply with the return process? Why did you try to gaslight me instead of bringing it over, I even offered to pay you gas money for the trip because you are a Marine.
4. Depending on your M.O.S., you could've asked me to bring the engine on base or we could've scheduled something. Why are you being aggressive?
5. Swift Speed is closed now but contact me for a refund and we'll figure it out. It's better than filing a disciplinary order on base for gaslighting, etc.

Let me know what you'd like to do. I'm already fed up with the b.s. and if you are going to cry about it then you should've just stopped by and I would've helped you with the new install or credited the money towards a rebuild.

Stop chasing old demons and make this right!
