BAD GUY: fd3s777 (jay@evo-r.net)

Don't deal with fd3s777, aka jay from evo-r.net. I ordered a carbon fiber lip a long time ago, probably 6 months, and haven't recieved the lip or the refund I've repeatedly requested. I've sent numerous pm's and emails and even though he agreed to refund the money I still haven't recieved it. This has been going on for months. I'm out $400 so don't bother ordering from evo-r.net you will probably just lose your money.

Used paypal which uses my credit card, I tried to dispute it through paypal but it wouldn't let me. I haven't tried disputing it with my credit card maybe I should.

man..communication as well is horrible. I sent several messages saying i needed a front lip, unpainted...first I got a quote for a painted lip, then a carbon fiber one, and no word on if its in stock or shipping times.

Jay..you run an online buisness, your losing a lot of customers!!! PM me if you have a lip in stock, unpainted and ill give you another try.thanks

damn straight.

i had a similar incident with the crappy fender vents he made, and I was out money when they fell apart on my car. he didn't reply for a month to emails or PMs. So what did I do?

I BAD MOUTHED THE HELL OUT OF HIM ON RX7CLUB.COM

The RX7club is a big part of his business. I littered every thread he had going with how I didn't get my money back for a sub par product he supposedly stood behind. And after about 3 days of trash talking (and people replying with concerns on their current orders) I got a reply from him and I got my money refunded to me. He used some excuse that he was at a show and couldn't check his emails, but it was funny that he was still taking orders and actually posting in threads during that time period.

Anyway, if you're still out the money, try what I did.

Haven't heard a word from him yet. I'm about to do the same thing... every car he sells parts for I'm going to find their forums and let everyone know that he's a scam artist... either that or just severely unorganized and lazy with his business. Either way he's not worth dealing with. Guess I'll start with the rx7 forum if he doesn't respond soon.

its funny, i ordered interior carbon parts awhile back, and after not getting a response for several weeks, i posted on the rx8 and rx7 forums....Next day, I got a response that a refund was coming and hes sorry, but hes out of stock. If it wasnt for the prices, im sure hed be shut down by now.
