Bad or Good Renesis SE3P(Spinning Sushi)??

Renesis SE3P was in desperate needs for money. He came to me for a loan and also purchase a replica Mazdaspeed bumper from me. We both made a promissory note saying he'll payback on a specific date.

Why post this up here is because he doesn't respond to his phone and text message. So the means of contact is no longer there. If someone on here tell me this is bullshit. I can post up the promissory note and damaged Autobahn bumper.

I'm his friend and I didn't want to do this but I have no choice.

1/1/2009 - Update
Well so far the calls have once again stopped. If you are reading this. Setup a payment plan or pay in full. I don't care where you get your cash from.

I got every single contact that I can think of. No response whatsoever. I got saved emails with headers which I can post that as well.

I gave him an offer and advice just to get rid of his financial woes went with it but end up not doing it. I tried my best to help his situation.

So Jedi how is the NOS? Anyways I know you are his long time buddy since you bought his old car off of him. If you want to help him tell him to answer his phone or call me back let me know what's up. I'm not mad about this whole thing I understand the situation and how the economy is going down to hell.

WHAT?!
Sorry Inspiration, but you've got me confused with somebody else. I've had my 8 longer then SE3P, I do not have Nos, and I would not consider myself his "long time buddy". I barely know the guy.
Sorry to hear he's not paying up, that really sucks.

Maybe he is in jail or prison.

If your really desperate go to your local police station and either file a missing person report or inform them of transaction that as been made.

Whoa whoa there now your just taking it too far. You should read more carefully as I wasn't desperate. I tried to help him, gave him a chance, offer advice, guide him where to go, and this what I get.

I can always take him to small claims court. He even suggested that when we were writing down the promissory note.

excuse me? you want to accuse me of protecting someone? you should get to know who you are talking to before you try that crap-

its all wishy washy you dont say he didnt pay for the bumper it sounds like you are talking about the money you loaned him.
So what I said wasn't right for you? Do you want me to rephrase it as he came to me purchase a bumper and didn't have money to pay for it. Since he has this great reputation of a good guy would never screw anybody over. That a person like me gave him a chance put it on a promissory note saying he'll pay on this date. Went back on his words.

It sounds to me that you wanted to protect him from this mess. That you do him this favor and wipe it clean like as if nothing happen.

So tell me this when another person do this are you plan to do this again?
wtf shouldnt i ban your *** from here now? everyone else here knows i wouldnt ever do what you're accusing. i posted the question here so i could get others OPINIONS on the matter before taking action.

so since i held back my opinion earlier and you want to be an *** 'll give it now.

why would you do such an idiotic thing as take a promissary note from a guy who you know is in a bad way and then get bent out of shape when he doesnt pay you on time? he suggested taking him to court while you were agreeing to terms? come dude RED FLAG!!

didnt you think it a bit odd he was wanting to buy something and borrow money? if he had money to buy the bumper why would he need a loan?

you also accused jedi of stuff that isnt true. take a step back and take a moment more to own your own screw up before flying off the handle at others.

dozer if you know him etc why dont you go knock and see how he is?

An apology and a Mulligan sound VERY fair in the current situation.

I say delete it, this is not about a car part. He doesn't say he is unhappy w/ the transaction for the bumper, nor does he want it back. The part he is unhappy about is the IOU for money he lent. This part of the forum is for feedback on products sold or bought, since he does not appear to be arguing about product it does not belong here.

But before you can do that you need to find out where he is first. A good place to start is the police station.

Alright how about this. I will only apologize to you. But not to Jedi I see him as one of those guys that like to jump the gun.

A apology but not the sound. Maybe you can do that for me. Thank you.

I figure he would do something like that. In this type of industry everybody knows everyone. He will pop up eventually.

I know the gang unit in my area and the district attorney. I have no problem finding the person.

Just out of curiosity, and to put things in perspective........how much did he buy the bumper for, and how much did you loan?

You are getting this worked up over $40?!?!?

Damn.....I thought there was a sizable chunk of money involved here.

$40?

Let it go.

He'll pay when he can pay, and when he does he'll buy you a few beers at the next GTG.
It would be nice though, if he would just come forward and say he can't pay, even if it is just a measely $40.

But hell.........$40 isn't worth sweating over.
