i also googled her [his maybe?] number and she was also selling other rx8 parts on other sites
but that was a while back and they are probably expired right now... ill see if i can find it.

i mean after searching this a while back, it seemed pretty legit, i mean she had pictures, she was selling other rx8 stuff locally in dallas through craigslist... so i thought ... why not?

but i got off the phone with paypal again, and in reference to getting my money back, i brought up "what if they cant get my money back?" and they said even if they remove their bank account and have a $0 balance i will still get my money back, their account would just go to a negative balance.
they said that those times that they could not get the "buyers money back" was an old policy of theirs because they did what they could. i also brought up what "if they still cant, would there be a penalty if i do a charge-back through my bank" and she said that there isint one but you would not need to go that route because you WILL get your money back.
so for now hopefully everything goes as planned.
once i get my money back, im going to invest in a short shifter! i was going to invest that money in a SS but the Greddy was such a good deal [i guess too good to be true] all of this hassle changed my mind about getting an exhaust... its not really worth all of this... just dont want to deal with it anymore.

Many credit cards now have specific clauses that prevent you from charging back on paypal purchases.
I haven't been screwed via paypal yet, but it seems like you're almost asking for trouble by using it with an untrusted source.
Grand Prairie is next to Plano (where she originally said she lived). She could of just said a city that she was familiar with. That number is defiantly a Dallas number though.
