Winter Driver...

2 Attachment(s)
I am on my way to pick up my winter car. Should be enough to get through all but the worst of South Dakota weather.

The car is a 1986 Subaru GL. Has all the options? I don't know what "Loaded" was in 1986, but it does have power doors/locks, 4wd HI/LO, 5 speed transmission, and 13" rims. Pics later. :wiggle:

PS. Not faster than the 8 by any means, except in the snow.

who cares if its a daily driver what kinda car or condition its in. As long as your happy with it, and it keeps your 8's miles down then great job on your part!

Other options I found out about:

Power Steering
Automatic Driver Window
Special Paint
Roof Rack
Rusty Muffler

Almost $13,000 in 1986. Not bad! Interior is in superb condition.

I can't imagine walking into a Suby showroom in 1986, looking at that brand new Suby box and going "yes, yes I would spend lots of money on this". That said, it looks mint for a wintered 1986 model, congrats!

have you looked at the other cars from the 80's. just take the mustang and pinto for example lol... they had a boxy thing going.

Lol yea but that was because of the gas "crisis" (you know, when gas shot up to like a dollar a gallon ZOMG!@#) so they had to remodel some cars to be more "fuel efficient"

It didn't look so bad for the 80's!
