They should have the SEMA show in Houston. Our car shows suck.

 

shelleys_man_06-- you should try to make it .. it'll be my first time and I'm going with a bunch of E46 people (no rx8 ppl have showed interest in the bay area) .. but it'll be good to run into a few rotaryheads from the rx8 forums.

hey alex, i used to live in san jose, up on saratoga and williams, but i'm in vegas now. i'll be at sema, now i gotta make up my business and everything so i can register.

 

From the SEMA website concerning Mazda:

I'm coming down for Thursday and Friday. Most likely staying at the MGM Grand. Where is everyone else staying?

Not exactly, I'm going as a non-buyer representing an association.

From the site it says: "The SEMA Show and AAPEX are trade events and only qualified members of the automotive aftermarket industry are permitted to attend. "

Who went last year, and how did you get in?

If you attend as a non-buyer spectator, you can get in for $50 a day.

UPDATE: Last year they did this, but now I am told that this year they will not.

i have a pass from my fathers company, he's in automotive repair tool/supply distrobution.

 

Zoom, actually, a friend of mine that works at Ford is getting me a couple of passes. :p

 

I'll probably be there too, like Wednesday to Friday.

 

Can you get us passes if my Plan B falls through....

Not yet, the guys on the RX7Club say you CAN get in. I have mixed responses now.
