new corvettes... i think z06 and up have this feature... as well as some cadillacs. displays speed and engine speed i think. speed for sure. i've even seen prototype units from a few years ago that had an ir camera in the front of the car and that image was in a HUD... Deer detection at it's best! |
luxury GM vehicles (like buick) have had heads up displays for at least the last 15 years. if not 20 years.

^ yeah the ones i'm talking about are reflected off of or are beamed through the actual glass. these just came out in the last five years, give or take a couple.
