The grey older model eclipse with the rear bumper is friggin hideous!

yeah I said some were worse then others. the blue eclips's wing was a little to big. It seemed bigger in person then it does on the pic.

Okay I think that convertible Olds is a joke.

Two years ago me and my friends all bought winter beaters (under the condition that they were under $500). So after some searching two of us settled on Topaz/Tempos. I bought mine for $200.00, I didn't need to change anything but the battery and the thing started everytime. I only had to get rid of it because I broke the rear beam (or should I say it rusted through). But you should've seen my crew driving around - very ghetto to say the least and to further our ghetto status, every red light was an opportunity to rear end each other or bash into the sides of one another - real life bumper cars.

Here's a pic of my Topaz - took 8 hours to paint the flames and 2 hours to paint on 20 inch rims (some are 21 and 22'')

This is my 1993 honda civic that i traded in to get my 8. This pic was taken before i had the rust fixed at the rear wheel wells. The car had a B16A2 motor swap, in-dash flipout touchscreen DVD and a 15" sub in the trunk. You can call it rice all you want, I loved that car and i still do.

it aint that bad. the wing is not taller then the car, the body kit seems to fit decent, the rust was fixed. not a fan of the CF hood, but thats personal taste.

on the Rice scale it's really not bad at all. not a car I would be ashamed of. :)

The add-on kits for the civic really sucked especially the rear and the side skirts. The rest was alright

Those big shark-fin spoilers seem to be a new thing - saw two of them on the road in the San Francisco area - both on little tiny GTs - the spoiler seemed bigger than the car and Mom (94) got excited and poked me and said "Is that a ricer?; is that a ricer???"

I used to see this car a couple years ago... I see it's still around!

I know what you mean about the rotary owners, at least it isnt as bad as some of the other pics. at least it's just graphics. I'd take that over some of those other cars anyday. ;)

I have to agree with you. I could do without the graphics, but they fit the car and the body kit looks good on it. Spoiler fits also. Nice job.

Last summer my wife and I were heading to the mountains for a short vacation and up ahead I saw a car that I just had to catch up to. It was a Chrysler Sebring with a cheep aluminum spoiler that stuck out over each side by about a foot, they had a loud slip on exhaust can. Out of morbid curiosity we had to see what the occupants looked like. We got near the car and noticed it had the spinner hubcaps, graphics from Walmart down the side, and a plastic hoodscoop just kind of stuck on the hood and not painted. When we looked at the driver and passenger, they thought we were checking them out. They started smiling and bouncing their head. My wife and I just laughed out asses off. I then had to leave them behind. I wish I had a camera ready for that one.

Taken BEFORE the rust was fixed. That was a patch. It was fixed by cutting out and welding in new metal.

If I was about um 8 years younger I'd most likely challenge him to a race to shut him up about his car vs. my car (he believes it can beat the 8) but I'm not so I just chuckle. I'm sorry I can't condone spending money on a Geo Prizm. If it was maybe a old school Mustang or maybe even a Eagle Talon (4wd version) I would rib him but respect the car's ability. Curious if he'd suspect me if I left a box of RiceORoni on the hood of his car :rofl:
