No offense if anyone takes it as such but the only time I see people with old cars unjustifiably using oversized bling bling tires are people that live in the ghetto. Hell I saw a picture in another forum of a kid that had his ATV jacked up on some big sized chrome rims, retarded.

 

This is a pretty common style around Oakland, (15 minutes from where I took this photo) so I'd say you're 100% correct.

 

you are 100% accurate. its ridiculous. detroit you will drive by some old rides with 22"s or larger on old pieces of sh*t. but the ones that p*ss me off even more than just "ghetto"ing their rides like that, is the ones that have escalades in the driveway but no front door on their houses.... messed up priorities
