funny - i actually found the WCF article in the Azerbaijan news site. I often find good car news there

 

Very interesting. Attractive functional interior. It doesnt really make me very excited about it though.

Is there a Start button option? The one with the wood has start option near the AT shifter and the plain black interior has a key. Strange position for the Start button or maybe not. Then the Start button on the Euro 6 is on the dash? Strange.

Looks about the same except the steering wheel and Start button. Although that might be the steering wheel you get with the Nav because you can't see it in the US shots that have Nav.

Nice find, the 6 looks good.

 

im pretty impressed, its definetly more luxurious than the rx8 interior. lots of free use of aluminum and wood trim. the trim around the shifter and ***** are especially nice looking. stylewise its a bit blend with the 3 large ***** on the center console. I think overall this is closing in on the entry luxury car interiors.

Material and fit and finish have to be good though.

Actually, I think Zoom's second picture shows the wheel with Nav. If you look at what you can see of the center stack, it looks like it's recessed for the screen. The standard radio doesn't have such a recess.

Edit: Just realized the Nav has different ***** too. The second picture is definitely US-spec w/ nav.

 

Why can't we get this?

 

interior looks GREAT! Nice to know our gauge pod ROCKED SO MUCH, that all the other Mazda cars got jealous.

What I hate is alll the Mazda's are starting to look alike!

That wagon is gorgeous! Would be nice to have some other new "fun-to-drive" full-size station wagons aside from the turbocharged Legacy GT/Outback XT and, well, that's about it!

 

There is also the Passat wagon, 5 series wagon, and the E class wagon.

The new 6 is a nice car, but it needs to look more like a sports car and not a well rounded sedan. Isn't Mazda trying to market zoom zoom, not family sedan. I guess compared to a camry it looks a lot sportier though.

 

Amazing! Way better than the current 6 for sure!
