I can't look at that picture without that horrible "Chevy Ridin' High" rap song playing on endless loop in my head. Tiggerlee's right - there's tons of that trash down here. On my way home the other day, some old Monte Carlo painted with what looked like tan house paint was driving around on like 27" chrome rims. It sat as high as an SUV. Bleh.
