couple things I don't agree with that list is one that the G37 is on it, it's BRAND NEW how can to compare resale value. The vette I do agree with, but did you notice that most of the list is low priced cars to begin with??

Another fact is the mitsu evo is absent which I've seen as one of the highest resale cars since its 03 debut.

edit: I also would have expect a suby on the list

Hay we have pretty good resale value.

It's at 50% now. However we need one more year.

My 07 GT 6spd lease has a 3 yr residual of approx 47- 48%. I have to look at my contract at home to be certain. MSRP approx $31k, 3yr value approx $14 to $15k. Those Mazda rebates hurt resale value....

Well, it is predicted resale value. That and I think it's reasonable to use historical data to project the G37's future value.

I was surprised that no less than 3 VW's were on the list. I thought VW values dropped like a rock based on a friend's experience with his 01 Jetta?!

They probably left the Evo off because there is no 07-08 MY. I am surprised the STI isn't on the list though.

No, you have quite poor resale value for a Japanese car.
