ok this is going to sound silly i know but do you nice folk in the US get different Scoobies?

as you get the Sti but do you get faster models made just for the US? as theres a the Type UK here thats a few 10th of a second off the standard Sti so just thinking what do you guys get?

 

We didn't get an STi until 2003 (as MY2004) - this is what I have. It was the first Subaru with a 2.5L turbo engine. You may hear it referred to as a USDM (US Domestic Market) STi. For MY2006, even base WRXs have 2.5L turbo engines. I could be mistaken, but I believe all STis outside of Japan now have the 2.5L turbo.

We have never had anything other that a regular USDM STi (i.e. no UK300, UK320, UK400, Prodrive P1, S201, S202, S203, etc, etc)/

 

Yeah, all the new ones are 2.5 litre.
