Realize that this is a hatchback.

Note the arrow on right...looks like they attached some metal strip or something that went under the hatchback.

The other two arrows show "shadows" of the wood on the hatchback.

...if someone wanted to photoshop that, I'm sure they could, but who would even find such a spoiler?

If you look at the tail pipe tip, it appears to be a coffee can. I think this is a pic of someone poking a bit of fun at ricers.
