Spotted a Mercedes SLR McLaren at work today

So I work as a prison guard and today one of my fellow guards radios me tellin me to get to the parking garage. I get there and I see this beautiful silver Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren parked there. Some rich lawyer. Absolutely awesome car- most expensive thing I've ever seen in my life. I snapped a few pics on my phone- sorry for poor qualitly.

Why are cars like that always wasted on rich people. C'mon, you know this lawyer doesn't drive the car like it should be.

I love that car. I got to see one up close one time and it is an impressive machine. I don't know why so many people don't like it. I think it's absolutely gorgeous.

Yeah, I bet it only has like 60 miles on it and has never taken a hairpin at more than 15mph. Real shame. Such a capiable and beautiful car.

I am with you on that one. One came in at the Lotus dealership that a friend of mine works at. He let me sit in it and touch it but I could not talk him into allowing me to drive it. Some friend he is. In person that car is absolutely beautiful.

They also had a Ferrari 430. He wouldn't let me drive that one either. I need new friends.

In most pictures I thought the nose was too long or there were other flaws, but in person you just get "star struck" by a nearly $1 million dollar automobile.
There are some other nice cars that are regulars at the prison (other laywers who have inmates that have been here for decades). One regular drives a cream colored Rolls Royce Phantom. Onther is a bright yellow Ferrari F430 Spyder. I've seen a yellow Lamborghini Diablo SV on more than one occasion, as well. I'll try to get some pics of those cars.
The other day there was an Aston Martin DB9, British Green, in the garage. Didn't have my phoen, though. Also someone has an orange Lotus Elise. One of the doctors that comes here has a Black Bently Contential GT, but those are almost common place here now.

I see that car about once a month or so down here. For some reason I've only seen it in silver. From the front and back it's nice, but I think it's hideous to look at from the side.

I'm one of those people. I see quite a few during the summers here in Chicago, and I can't stand them.

Very Impressive car. I have yet to see one in real life. I know I will be paparazzi and taking pics of it as well.
