I remember seeing cars like in South Carolina, Georgia, and other southern states.
You don't see cars like that here on the West Coast. We have more the low rider cult following here along with the usual classic / muscle car guys as well.
We seriously have the best car scene here in Cali.....unfortunately....we also have the most strict laws regarding modifications - go figure.

20" ... roll cage ...probably has a V8 with 1000HP with K&N exhaust and turbosupercharger...
