i am impresssed. but the learning to tune that sounds rather difficult... thats where the other 7 or 8 hundred goes... k 1500 either way now... haha

 

Hey rotarygod, do you know if this is the renesis engine and what kinf of HP they pushing, also, what kind of body kit that car has, and rims?

No, because most people are going to have their cars dyno tuned anyhow. Any tuner that carrys Cobb will be able to tune maps for you without you having to directly pay for the software.

 

If you just want to simply tweak something like the air fuel ratio, AccessPort is a breeze... if the RX8 software will be like the WRX software, all you have to do is plug in your target value into the cell and the software will take care adjusting the various injector pulse widths and fuel table target values.

Now if you want to dig in and start modifying maps for a different ignition system, fuel system, throttle response, throttle tip in, ect then you better know what your doing or see a professional.

 

That's definitely a Renesis. I don't know anything else about it.
