From the back almost reminds me of a Lexus IS250? Maybe mixed with a toyota prius lol. Could be the Lexus Hybrid?

looks like a lexus mule car can be a gs body with some new goodies under the hood and other mods
or some new toyota lexus vehicle undercover test driving it looks decent badass camouflage usually i seen painted weird camo or swirls hate when its clothes like that you can never see what it is

The front looks very dodge to me, judging from its size... neon I guess?

 

Obviously a car that hasn't been produced yet. So I'm not sure that you'll figure it out that easy with all that **** on it. It most definitely is not a neon... The back does resemble a lexus but unless you can find an article on it in like car and driver or somewhere on the net, you're probably not going to know. They do all that masking and no rims for a reason.

 

You should have helped him get all that crap off the car, then taken pictures.
