So is calling the Renesis a 1.3L, so what's your point?

How about a base Caliber. I hear it'll smoke an 8.

Just because some magazine says its fair to double the displacement figure doesn't change the design of the engine.

And oddly enough just because you say the heads aren't curved doesn't change the design of that engine either.

And by the way it's much more than just one magazine.

Forget 300C, let's talk about the Caliber SRT.

that was a dodge charger, not a chrysler 300c. its 2 different car companies.

A neighbour/fellow motorcyclist has a 300 Hemi with the AWD, a company car for him...nice! He and I take the same empty country roads into work each day so we often encounter eachother. We're usually pretty even, it's more about whoever gets the jump. That said, he'd probably pull away if we didn't run out of road, or if it was a RWD Hemi he'd have an easier time of it.

Anything with curves though, he slows right down.

SAME engine, SAME underpinnings, SAME car company (Daimler Chrysler) DIFFERENT sheetmetal. There may be a minimal weight difference, but essentially it is the SAME car. Do some research before you decide to correct someone and wind up talking out of your ***.

Sorry, I see that you were born in 1989 and are the same age as my goofy kid brother, therefore, I won't argue with you. They aren't the same car.

Technically not the same car, but they share almost all their underpinnings.

Josh......whether it's a Chrysler 300 or a Dodge Charger......both are going to kill you in any straight line race. You should try to move this race to a curvy road if at all possible. Would you like to borrow my Mustang GT?......then you can beat him.

Did you check out the clips I posted in one thread "badass exhaust videos" or something like that? Man... the Ford GT sounds like a monster. And I couldn't believe finding those two with TT kits on them. Damn!

Of course the Mustang clips I posted were great too. I especially love the sound of the 302 with competition cams in it. That lumpy idle with some throaty exhaust just sound tough.

BTW... I may end moving to the Detroit area. Depends on if this company will actually pay me decent money or not...

I didn't see that thread.....I'll have to look for it and listen to the clips when I get home.

That's awesome about the move to Detroit......I think

PM me with more details about where the company is located......I'll give you ideas of good places to live if you're not familar with the Detroit area.

Yes it is sad that we know so many quotes from The Fast & the Furious:

Smoke 'em!
He owns you now...you know
I retract my last statement...this car will decimate all.
You want ***, try Hollywood Blvd., you want a rush it'll be 2 large.
I gotta go find Jesse.
