at the rally of the tall pines last year i saw an RX8 rallying in the snow. he ended up on his roof unfortunatly. it was definitly RWD still though. the roads were snowy with ice underneath and when the car came around the turn i was camped at it was all he could do to get traction. it was really strange to see this car so far removed from where it's suposed to be (a racetrack). needless to say he wasnt back at tall pines this year.

that RX7 is amazing. AWD...rotary...rallying...what more could you ask for?

Rod Millen Motorsport produced a few 4wd Mazda RX7s.
The car in the video is a car specially built for the Ashley Forrest Rallysprint and it ran a N/A 13B. You have to run a passenger in the Rallysprint so Rod took his son Rhys. This is is personal favorite.
The car in Icemarks pictures is the 20B turbo Pikes Peak car. It once ran with 6 injectors.
The driveline set up in Icemaks pics 2 and 3 are a mock up for Rod Millens SCCA 4wd rally car as it has a live rear axle. This car is FB/SA22C bodyshell and has the original chassis.
Rod owns his Ashley forrest car, SCCA rally car and another 4wd RX7 which mazda japan built.
