Absolutely beautiful and amazingly its bigger yet lighter than the previous model. AWD as an option and Fords 3.5l V6 with a Mazda 6speed manual. Even before MS gets ahold of it it's going to be a potent car. Can you imagine what a MS6 will be like?

This car is Mazda's most important ever, even more important than the current Mazda 3. The damn thing is perfect. I think if it can do anything close to what the Altima did to take small but sizable chunks out of the Accord/Camry monopoly, then it will take Mazda to the next level of growth. Not only does it look like both the new Mazda 6 and new Altima will offer stylish alternatives to the more mundane looking Accord and Camry, but they are sufficiently different looking from each other.

the car weighs less than the outgoing version but also offers more interior space and performance

Now they just need to do the same thing with the next gen 8

Comparatively, looks like the Accord design is stuck in the 80s. Hahaha!

true and Jeremy Barnes has said "we will have more to say about the new Mazda6 next summer" so we have a while to go until we see the final NA version. but the more we ooh and ahh about the hatch and wagon etc now the higher chance we'll get them too.

It looks like the Accord got f*$ked by an Element. Look at the flat nose design and headlights. Inbreeding FTL

it'll all be fun and games until ppl who buy the car go into the dealers for service and realize- holy crap, what have i gotten myself into? is this for real? <LOL>

overall, i still believe that mazda has a long way to go and has a lot to learn- as far as dealer cust service goes... they can make and sell u a hot car. they just don't know squat about how to take care of customers after they make the sale.

Mazda's design continues to impress. I love the detailing in head and tail lights; the double leaf design is quite original. Definitely a little Nagare/Ryuga influence there.

I now know what car I'll be leaning the gf to buy once she decides to ditch the 05 Civic Sad to say though it reminds me vaguly of the Camry but in that respect the Camry stole ALOT from the 6 so its only fair if not one can claim the 6 just evolved a bit which I like alot in car styling.
