Reputable Car Shipper
I was wondering if anyone would make some recommendations for a reputable coast-to-coast car shipper. Even better if anyone knows a company that works well with classic (collectible) cars, meaning covered transport.
Thanks for your attention. |
PM shinka213. She had her car hauled from Pettit in Florida up to the Philly area a while back and said she had a good experience with her shipping company.

I too need this, as I need to ship my '67 GTO

I used Exotic Car Transport http://www.exoticcartransport.com/ when I moved from Florida to Wisconsin last year.
Very responsive, professional, and quick service (2 days delivery). Highly recommended. Excellent rates. |

Avoid DAS (the preferred ebay shipper) They dropped a ramp on my car and from a lot of reviews I've read their claims process is a nightmare if your insurance company isn't involved. Fortunately, USAA is handling that side of the equation for me. |
Thanks everyone for the great tips!

You mean, the insurance or the shipping?
USAA is the best insurance company out there though if you have the military background. |
