Kid in my class claiming that his RSX type S runs a 12.7...uhhh... i called that right away....his only mods are exhaust and cold air....NOTHING else...he also claimed that it runs a 13.2 stock....


am i wrong...or is this kid talking out of his ***....

He probably has the "Tornado Air System" combined with his intake. 13.2 stock? You should have slapped him.

...well...i see that kid 7th and 8th period...so around 1 to 2:50ish i should be able to post what he and i said

 

You should race him for pinks... on the track.

But then again he probably thinks the 8 can lay out a 12.5 stock so he won't.

 

Keep in mind i have a bone stock RX-8

....although....if this kid is so sure...i wouldnt mind taking my brothers modded 98 t/a....which is def around 12.7ish

 

LOL...there is always someone in school who talks out of his butt with nothing but misinformation or outright lies. Feal bad for him...the kid lives in a dream world.

 

I got one, last week I saw a guy in a blue rx-8 and I pull next to him and say that he got a great car and then he star telling me its a 3 rotor and its faster than your RX-7( IM IN MY FD) to my surprise the rx-8 its a automatic completly stock

people just like to talk bs, I told him to race for pinks( in the track of course ) and he said that some one was watting for him

 

Sorry about the late response....i had to leave school early ( I have back problems...hermiated disc and a fractured SI joint.) so i ddnt get a chance to talk to him. So hopefully i wont have problems tomorrow and ill get to talk to him

 

So i talked to him friday in class...and apparently...those numbers are what the seller told him and he hadnt actually taken it to the track...lol....he doesnt even kno whats in there for sure
