Race cars are much faster than race bikes. The biggest difference is in braking and cornering.

Interesting data, but the argument in earlier threads is that you can't beat a stock motorcycle's performance for the price. You would have to sink at least 90K into a car to achieve the stock performance of an R1 for example. F1 is by far the fastest, and sometimes, dullest racing around (Yet not as dull or as stupid as NASCAR (Only left turns, no shifting)). Motorcycle racing demands highly skilled racers, and the races are very exciting. Lead position change as much as six times in one Lap.
