wow i never realized how bulky the r35 is compared to the r34. The r34 now seems like a 2 door sedan instead of a 2 door monster. The r35 looks like a shark ready to eat the competition . Either way, gotta love both cars. I wonder how much bigger the next supra and rx7 would if this trend continues lol.

Wow thats a night and day diffrence... The new Gt-R is huge compared to the r34. like someone mentioned above, in real life the R34 is pretty wide and intimidating , but the R34 looks weak and puny in comparison to the new Boss of the block.

18 replies and nobodys mentioned that the car in the pic is not an R35
Its a R34 GTR and the GTR (not even an R36, as nissan has dropped that designation)
The Skyline R35 is what is commonly known in the US as the Infiniti G35, of which there was no GTR model in the US or Japan.

R-34 Ftw! Early to mid 90's may be considered the golden age of japanese sports cars. (Alot of my sayings become repeated, hopefully this will too.)
Although the R-34 did come out late 90s :-(.

and thats not a R35 Skyline its just a GTR

the chassis name is r35 which allows it to follow the heritage (r32, r33, r34). They only named it the gt-r because they didnt wanna mix it up with the current nissan skyline (infiniti g35 in america).
