Go to the major horsepower upgrades there's a huge thread on the turbo kit.
As far as the accord, figure it out for yourself.

If you are more concerned about the straight line acceleration and don't care about the handling differences between a FWD family sedan (and I include the Coupe in that labelling) and a RWD sports coupe, then just buy the Accord and be done with it.
