The Quasiturbine Engine - A Variant of the Rotary

A rather interesting variant of the rotary engine. Essentially a four sided rotor with a variable shape. There's also a further variant of it that allows continuous combustion.

Very interesting stuff. Maybe we'll see them in some form of "mass production" in the next few years. I think it looks pretty damned cool too. :p
