Anyone with Speed Channel can watch it from 11:30-1:00 est with a small break and then the rest from 2:30-10:00. I think I got those times right. If not, I'm very close. Someone go watch it. I don't have access to speed channel today. :(

Ok here's a small update from the timing boards that I can see online. Mazda is 5th in class (running 17th overall). There were 6 cars in their P2 class but the AER Radical SR9 is out of the race after only 6 laps completed due to engine failure. Here's hoping 4 more in class break at some point!

For those people who do not have speed channel or who are stuck by a computer all day today like I am, you can watch it as pay per view over the computer for only $5. I'm stuck working today until about 9:30 tonight and for the most part I'm bored so $5 isn't bad at all.

Sweet! I just signed up for it and as a first timer registrant it was only $2.99. Every little bit helps. There are many different very cool views. I am curently watching from onboard the lead Audi. No commentary, just pure race car music. I can watch from any of the cars that have onboard cameras. Forget Speed Channel. This rocks!

OK one of the Porsche P2 cars is in big trouble. It is behind the wall being worked on. It's not out but it is losing lots of time. Mazda is now in 4th place in class.

The Porsche just got back out on the track again. 6 laps down to Mazda but with the Porsche running an average of 6 and a half seconds faster per lap with over 8 hours to go, they'll catch back up unless they break again.

Hahaha.. sadly watching Nascar PRACTICE!!! WTF??!?!?! its not real racing.. omfg.. put the Petit LeMans race back on instead of this shyt!!! ::fumes::
I woke up early today just so I can get a few things done before the race! though I think some people on the highway are kinda annoyed at me for riding their ass to get them outa the way so I could get home in time :evil_laug
So far its a good clean race in my view, though the initial pace car start got fubar'ed but 'eh.. I didnt see any 8's take it no one is racing a 8 in the American LeMans series RG?

Audi has LOST THE LEAD!!! Zytek passed them and I was was watching it live from the onboard camera on the Audi.

The Porsche car is slowly catching back up. They are 5 laps down to Mazda now.

Porsche is now 4 laps down to Mazda.

Audi is in 2nd and 5th.

Someone just went off track and wrecked. I need to see who.

OK update. Full course caution due to that race has allowed many people to come into the pits. There is a lot of position changes as a result. Here's the top 5 as they stand.

Mazda is back in 16th with someone names Elliot Forbes- Robinson driving

RG has the 'Martins made a move on Corvette yet? Last I heard they are pretty much gonna pace the 'vettes till the end then as a announcer said "Pull the trigger and let them have it!"

GT1 class is made up of only the 2 Corvettes and 2 Aston Martins. Here is the current status in class:

1 Aston Martin #007
2 Aston Martin #009
3 Corvette #4
4 Corvette #3

The lead Porsche is Broken!!!!!!!! It's behind the wall getting worked on as well. That's both Porsches in P2 that have needed fixing. They are both having gearbox troubles.

The 3# Corvette has gone off track and hit the wall lightly. He went into the pits for a checkup to make sure everything is OK.

The #6 Porsche is only 3 laps down from Mazda now.

I'm trying to look through the #7 Porsches onboard camera and the damn mechanics taped over the lens right as I was watching it!!! LOL! When they were in Houston in May, I snapped a picture of their engine bay and a mechanic immediately threw a towel over the thing and gave me a bad look. These guys are funny about people not seeing things.

Now this is just odd to me atleast, I always remember watching the race's and always ALWAYS hearing about the Corvette vs. Ferarri rivalary which has been eclipsed by the Martin's entering. Grr.. I might have to delve myself back into the sport news for this.. but no one I know localy follows this so I now just follow it lightly enough to enjoy the racing :(
And thanks RG for the updates.. this Nascar Practice is friggin boring.

Oh also Pablo Montoya is doing his first "Stock Car" race next friday at 8pm est at a Arca/ReMax race. Might watch it to see how bad/good he is gonna be. Paul Tracey said he is gonna have a steep learning curve because he in open wheel racing your taught to push the car constantly where as Nacscar racing is more I believe as he put it "light footing it". I personaly hope Paul Tracey eventually gets a Nascar ride. His attitude and fame will be good for the sport especially if Nascar wishes to break into Canada beyond just this Bush race they are having next year :)

Ferrari is in GT2 racing against BMW, Panoz, and Porsche 911's.

So they whimped out haha

If ya dont know its kewl.. just kinda curious as I always liked seeing them racing side by side duking it out yanno. God damn Nascar Practice making me miss the good shyt!! :cussing:

Those bastard Porsche mechanics that taped up the camera on the #7 car forgot to take it off before the car went back out on the track. Bastards. I can see a sliver to the right and only hear it.

Porsche is now 1 lap down to Mazda.
