Ordered a MINI Cooper Today

I just put in an order for a MINI Cooper today.
No I didn't change the RX for the cooper. I ordered it for my wife, but I just love the little car. It's going to be her 25'th bday present. Yes we are verry young :-) I'm only 27 going on 12... :-)

Anyway she picked it out herself (I tricked her into going into the website and building her mini but she doesent know we are buying it for real. She did the same thing for me on my 25 bday with the RX, which makes it that much more special !

I am verry exited, and happy.

she is getting
Chilly red with black top and black mirrors.
Premium package (moonroof, OBD computer, ect)
Sport package (DSC, Fog lamps, sport seats, spoiler)
Ipod adapter and color matched shift lever.

Gotta love the Mini.

A truly unique car in a literal sea of blandness.

Did you check out the Cooper S while you were at the showroom?

Congrats buddy.

A great handler and a real close coupled feel. I have to admit I considered the S with the JCW package, and I don't usually like front drivers.

My wife drives a truck

My girlfriend is looking to get the same. Cooper S, red with black top and black stripes. But looks like she will wait for the new model to come out...

OMG! No mini van or SUV in the family??

What ever will you do if you have to haul home some large piece of furniture?

Very cool little fleet you two will have! Congrats. Please post side by side pics when you get it.

I test drove the JCW yesterday and enjoyed the drive. I also thought the BMW/Mini dealership was first class compared to the Mazdas I visited. I felt a little overstilmulated by all the gadgets and switches inside the car. I was thinking it would take days to go thru the manual on all the features. The sun shade was cool and there was LCD screen in the car that greated me(assuming it was NAV.
