The only way any company is willing to buy any technology is if you will demonstrate that it works. You must have a working prototype. Find yourself a good machine shop. I guess machining is you best best, any other processes would be too expensive and time consuming.

You better move fast, patents don't last more than 20 years (17 years for newer patents.) After that it's public domain.
