[Sigh of relief] I'm kinda glad it's nothing like the spy shots we saw with the 8's front fascia on a miata body. Luckily it doesn't look too much like ours.

I'm actually impressed, especially the interior. Notice the piano black finish on the dash...

Looks sweet and doesn't look like an RX8.
Does, however, use a modified RX8 platform. 9100RPM :D

 

6 speed auto? Wow, that's nice. Is it same one as in Mazda6? Also does anyone know if mazda is planning on using this in rx8?

 

Oooh, I like the real shifter. Looks very BMW. Nice car...didn't like the styling at first, but it's really starting to grow on me. Interior's about perfect.

I didn't like it at first, but now it's growing on me.

If they really do hit the target of 170hp this thing will absolutely smoke the Solstice -- almost as much hp and around ~400lbs less weight.

 

I didn't like it at first either, and I still don't. That front is plain old terrible. It looks so cutsie, like an anime character. I don't want my cars to look like anime characters, nor do I stick hello kitty bobbles heads on the dash. The rest of the car is decent, front kills it though.
