Yeah, I boycotted the show permanently in my house when I found out they used a Mustang. Not that there is anything wrong w/ a 'Stang - it's just that there were so many other good choices for a high-tech futuristic type car that would fall along the lines of the original KITT concept. (RX-8...) Money talks though and I guess Ford had plenty (back then) to buy out the role.

What's KITT's voice sound like these days? Is it the same?

This show has failure written all over it. Besides the car, did anyone see the previews for it? Looks terrible.

The star of the show is an idiot. He couldn't answer one question.

But at least Kitt had some brains. He would open the door for that jerk.

Or maybe Kitt is stuoid too!

Mustang and high tch are on the opposite ends of the Spectrum.

Someone post that in "what not to do to your car!"

I love the rear air intakes for a front engine car.

And what's with the transformer into a truck bit? I guess if the badguys have jeeps...

It is capable of changing but the button is forever lost, made inaccessible due to the intial transformation. The car shall forever remain in Super Hydraulic Intelligent Transport Mode. S.H.I.T. Mode FTW!

I love the reaction of the people when it's unveiled. About half went completely quiet.

Seriously that car is a lesson in what not to do to your car. Lambo doors + plastic stick ons + incredibly crappy rims.

This fails on so many levels...
