I posted about that car a month ago.
Nissan is looking at bringing back the Datsun name as the entry level cars like Scion is for Toyota.
And although the Xlink is a RWD 4 door coupe much like our RX-8s, it was done by a design student as a project that a few engineers at Nissan of Taiwan helped with.
It has as much chance of making production as the next RX-7.

I am no expert in the Z-car lore. But isn't the 350Z an evolution of the 240Z.... 280Z... 300ZX over the years? How could there be a return of the 240Z when the Z is already here for a few years now updated and with a larger engine?
It is like saying the return of the EVO IV or 318i or 911 SC?

Not really they are two difrent series SX and ZX. for examole if you check http://www.edmunds.com/used/1991/nissan/ you will see they sold both at the same time that year... Anyways I think it looks nothing like what anybody would think a 240 should look like.
