My dad had one of those while I was in my late teens. With that torquey motor and full locked diffs, that thing would go through or up anything. We could go places in the Michigan sand dunes that our friends Land Cruiser couldn't go without getting stuck.

Kane,

Do you have copy of the fuel maps you used? Did you de-screen the MAF? How did you solve the Land Cruiser's notorious LTFT problem?

Well - it was tricky.... but the solution I found was to not care - it really eliminates alot of variables.

The fuel map is below:

Boost = As much as we can
Fuel = As much as we can
RPM = As high as we can get it

Yeah - I meant to get passenger views; but forgot - Failsafe was the passenger; and enjoyed his CO exposure for the day - but AFTER we got the LC stuck in the sand, I got distracted by pushing it off the beach...... wa wa waaaaaa

BTW - The hot side (midpipes) were made with some LMTV Exhaust (5 ton truck) and the cut up pieces of the OEM exhaust....needless to say there was a lot of patching and bending required. HE HE HE
