Mazda Authorized Modification Campaign Numbers

Does anyone know where I can find a table of Mazda authorized modifications by campaign number? I am coming up empty on the web, and Mazda US was not able to help me. Here is an example of what I am talking about from my 2003 Miata.

These were hit or miss, I have seen them on several RX-8's I have worked on but then on my own I never got any despite having the ECU flash, engine replacement, and a couple other campaigns done.

So, the feeling is these refer to recall service that has been performed, and not dealer options?

Charles, the RX-8 "specialist" at my dealership commented on your coils the last time I had it in for service. I'm paraphrasing, but he said something like, "I noticed your BHR kit. We have a lot of cars in here for engine replacements, and yours is the healthiest I remember seeing. Probably the coils."
