That's nuts. Could have been worse though. Some criminals would have just shot him and been done with it.

 

That horrible!!! Taking advantage of a nice guy like that. He's lucky that all they wanted was valuables and that he didn't get shot. Kinda mean but at least the perp got banged up pretty bad.

he's kinda stupid to give the gun to the girl... i mean it's not likely he'll open fire and it's very not likely for the girl to open fire and kill someone so he could out manuver(sp) the girl and took the gun... but dammm what a story... poor guy... he was just being nice.....

 

you can never assume who will shoot and won't shoot. remember columbine??

 

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why I NEVER open my door to ANYBODY unless I know them well. If somebody's knocking on my door and i didn't invite them over, the door stays locked.

 

Another reason to get a consealed carry permit, glad he made it through ok.
