So i went to the la auto show the other day. I was actually impressed seeing the mazda 2 in person. And it gets 42 miles to the gallon . heres the pics..






And of course i gotta post my pic of the model.



Overall it was a pretty tight event. My buddy said that last year was better but i still had fun.

when I was 3 I got lost at the LA auto show, haven't been back since then...That mazda looks nice though.

 

yeah it was really cool just walking around, taking pictures, and sitting in the cars.

apparently a lot of the car companies are making a car similar to the mazda2. ford fiesta, lexus lf-ch. i think they are all trying to copy the honda fit.

 

The Mazda 2 was The main focus of Mazda's display, They had several of them there, but none to sit in that I saw. and the model? I didn't see her when I was there! dang! and yep the show was pretty good. Very kewl bunch of concept cars. From what I hear it was smaller this year than in years past. Lambo, Ferrari,Nissan and Infiniti were all not there this year.

 

Hmmm, looks like a good subcompact concept car. Definitely better looking than a yaris. It should just replace the Mazda 3 since it has four doors. Wonder if they would make a mazdaspeed version of the Mazda 2?

 

its not a concept its a pre-production model to production specs. its not a replacement for the 3 as its in the size class below the 3.
