I just saw a commercial for the new dodge charger
Apparrently it's coming out on june 1st. The commercial had a couple shots of the car and it looked a lot more aggressively styles than the pre-production shots we've seen, especially in the front end.
I'm looking forward to seeing if dodge can live up to the charger name with this release. I'm also looking forward to seeing if this car doesnt get absolutely killed by gas prices with that big hemi under the hood. |

In general as far as i can see I think dodge did a half assed job on the charger from a styling standpoint... as I've said before I've not driven it so i cant really comment on its ride/performance......but only AT???? cmon |
Got to drive one about 2 weeks ago (a friend of mine is an engineer at DCX).. It was OK, but personally I like the pickup on the Mustang GT better.. It handles pretty well and does have some kick, just not as much as I was hoping for.. The traction control is really intrusive (didn't have enough time to turn it off!).

I saw one yesterday on a dealership lot on the way to my GFs house. I may have to stop buy and "all of a sudden be interested in trading in my boy racer toy" for a test drive

I still say they should made it a coupe.

My best Friend is a Dodge Nascar head and loves Dodge to death. He went down to Daytona this year and saw the new Charger. He said it was horrible and wants to slash Dodges Designers

I think it looks great, and even with AT its extremely fast, but .80Gs on the skidpad!? Too much muscle, not enough handles for me. I'd take a mustang GT or even a GTO any day over this thing.
