I used to drive a civic a few years back, so I know a thing or two, and this kid is *** backwards with that car.

here's my riced out story,
one weekend just after the fast and furious came out, me and a couple of friends bought an 85 civic for $100(not running). we slapped carbon fibre sticker all over it and sprayed chrome paint on the hubcaps and part of the tire, this gave the illusion of a low profile tires. Then we made a 4 foot spoiler made out of 2x4 and sprayed that chrome too. Also the one wiper mod that was chromed out was done. We then towed it to Tim hortins parking lot and left it there. I wish I still had the pics but a computer virus made me delete everything. I'm not sure if anyone can picture this but the tim hortins was the big hang out for riced out civics and such. It cost us only $50 each but it was real fun. I'd do it again.
Oh ya we spray painted V-tec on the hood too.

Rotary Powered Decepticon
He claims he's revving past 10K, insane HP claims, etc. On the civic board, they were tearing apart his claims because apparently he swapped his engine with a weaker one which yielded more power!?!? Plus the engine that was put together was all wrong (strut bars not done correctly, bolts and screws hanging out of gauge clusters, etc). Also, it appeared that the pics of his engine were not consistent with the exterior. He has a black civic and the engine bay is white.
So it's kinda like me finding a black twin turbo rx7 engine bay and saying that I put that in my blue 8. Oh and that I can rev to 15K!
